Rates

The rental price of the home is $1,100.00 (USD) per weekend and $2000.00 per week during the off-season and $3,200.00 during the season.  All we request to reserve your vacation is a $200.00 down payment that is applied to your grand total along with a $200.00 security and damage deposit when you make your final payment one month prior to occupancy. 

This website is for general purposes only and all reservations are secured on a "first reserved - first served" basis.  We cannot guarantee you a specific weekend until your reservation has been confirmed.  

To start your reservation:

• Please contact us using one of the following methods: email us at nelog@comcast.net, visit our "Contact Us" page or call us at 630-805-0158.  We will need your home address, telephone number and the weekend requested.
• We will mail you two rental contracts.
• Please sign and return both contracts with the reservation deposit of $200.00 USD.  At this time we only accept checks (personal, business, or cashiers).
• We will send you a confirmation letter with your rental dates and a final payment reminder (due 30 days prior to rental).
• Upon receipt of the final payment and the security and damage deposit we send you the keys, and a list of things to do upon arrival/departure.
• After returning home you will need to send the keys back to us.
• Within 30 days from the end of your visit we will return your deposit if you are in compliance with the rental agreement.   

In an attempt to keep things simple we try to do all the paperwork through the mail.  No need to worry about checking in!

Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your reservation two months or more in advance of your weekend you will receive a full refund of your down payment.  If you decide to cancel within two months you will forfeit your down payment.  If you decide to cancel within the final 30 days prior to your visit and you have paid in full you will receive 50% of your total payment.
